Responsibilities
Ensures timely responses to customer inquiries for engineered to order and design to order proposals.
Leads technical interaction with the customer and develops and writes equipment specifications, performance requirements, cost analysis, and proposal for integrating machinery and equipment into manufacturing process.
Supports proper selection and design concept modification of heat processing and environmental equipment to meet customer application and process performance requirements.
Determine accurate costs and ensure appropriate selling price and delivery schedule of products.
Requirements
Knowledge of BPCS Manufacturing software, SolidWorks,CAD software, and MS Office.
OEM quotation and application/process experience or equivalent, Thermal Product, heat transfer equipment experience desired.
Strong knowledge and application in heat transfer, thermodynamics and machine design fundamentals.
